From individual farmer to final buyer β our certification framework covers NPOP, PGS India, ICS documentation, NABL lab testing, GI tags, and QR-linked product traceability.
Get Certified βEach farmer applying to join the FPO cluster is registered in the ICS database. A unique Farmer ID is assigned. Farm survey numbers, acreage, location, and crop history are documented.
GPS-referenced field maps are drawn for every registered plot. A risk map is prepared showing proximity to conventional farms, water bodies, and potential contamination sources.
FPO-trained ICS inspectors visit every registered farm at least once per growing season. They verify zero chemical use, assess crop health, and complete a standardised inspection checklist. Findings are signed by both inspector and farmer.
Any violation of organic standards is logged as a non-conformity. Minor issues receive a corrective action plan with follow-up. Major violations (prohibited inputs confirmed) result in suspension from the cluster.
The complete ICS is audited annually by an NPOP-accredited certification body. The auditor reviews a sample of farmer files, conducts field visits, and assesses ICS management. A successful audit results in the group organic certificate.
Each harvest batch is given a unique Batch ID. This ID links the farmer's ICS record, the NABL lab report, and the product listing. A QR code on every pack allows buyers to access the complete chain within seconds.

Curcumin is the primary bioactive compound in turmeric responsible for its colour, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant properties. Higher curcumin % means greater potency. We test every batch so you know exactly what you are getting.
Our 200+ parameter pesticide test covers all major organochlorines, organophosphates, carbamates, pyrethroids, and other synthetic pesticides. All results must show ND (Not Detected) before a product is listed.
Lead, Cadmium, Arsenic, and Mercury are tested using ICP-MS β one of the most sensitive detection methods. All results must be well below FSSAI and EU maximum limits before listing.
Every product's lab certificate is stored digitally and linked to the product QR code. Scan any HaldiMart product and access the full NABL lab report within seconds β complete transparency, always.
The Indian organic market suffers from a serious trust deficit. Greenwashing β products labelled "organic" with no documentation β is widespread. HaldiMart was built to solve this by making every certification claim publicly verifiable by any buyer, at any time, from their phone.
When you scan a HaldiMart QR code, you access:
